Altech GDL
Altech GDL is a specialist provider of a range of set-top box (STB) specific post-sales services designed to ensure that operators derive maximum return on their STB fleet. These services include inbound and outbound supply chain logistics, after-sales support and repair, product reconfiguration programmes and product life extension programmes. Altech GDL covers six continents around the world and in addition to dedicated service centres in South Africa and Australia, has partner service centres in several locations in Europe, Brazil, Mexico and throughout the Middle East. Altech GDL’s own facilities in South Africa and Australia process over 60 000 STBs per month, providing repair and refurbishment services for a wide range of STB makes and models.
